 Eatable oil major Adani Wilmar's (AWL) public issue, comprising fresh value shares, has opened for subscription today and finish up on January 31. The value band of the multi day share sale is fixed at ₹218-230 for each share. On Tuesday, Adani Wilmar Ltd had raised ₹940 crore from anchor investors in front of its first sale of stock (IPO).

Thus, we suggest a subscribe rating on the issue," said Angel One in a note. However, unpredictability in natural substance prices and increase in contest could affect the benefit of the organization, the financier added.


The proceeds of the public issue will be used to subsidize capital consumption, pay off past commitments and for acquisitions as the organization seeks to turn into India's biggest food and FMCG organization.


On the monetary front, Adani Wilmar Ltd's benefit developed to ₹357 crore from ₹288.7 crore for the six months finished September in the current fiscal year whereas income increased to ₹24,957 crore as against ₹16,273 crore in the corresponding time of the previous year.
